Citizens of the Republic who are enclaved in the occupied areas of Karpasia and Kyrenia, can, exceptionally vote at a special polling station, which shall be operating for this purpose in the free areas, by presenting their identity card, or their passport or driving licence, if applicable, or any other official document of the Republic bearing their photograph.
