The voting process is running in an impeccable manner and voter turnout at local polling stations continues.

I would, therefore, like to thank the voters for their excellent behaviour, the employees at the polling stations, as well as the staff of the Returning Officers and the members of the Cyprus Police, for their professionalism and their commitment to the work that has been assigned to them.

I would also like to thank the representatives of the candidates for their cooperation, in this voting process.

Finally, I would like to especially thank my colleagues at the Ministry of the Interior, and in particular the Deputy Returning Officer and the Returning Officers.

In less than an hour, this voting will come to an end. I call on the voters, who wish to exercise their right to vote, to go to the polling stations on time, and in any case before 6:00 p.m..
